1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via call, WhatsApp, or email. Please share your order details for faster processing.

❌ After Shipment

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Bank processing may take 5–8 additional days

If ACBazaar cancels an order due to stock issues or unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Product has missing parts/accessories

  • Product is unused (only checked/tested)

  • Returned with original packaging, box & accessories
