Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy

1. Order Cancellation

✅ Before Shipment

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via call, WhatsApp, or email. Please share your order details for faster processing.

❌ After Shipment

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

💰 Refund Timeline

  • Refund processed within 7–10 business days

  • Bank processing may take 5–8 additional days

⚠️ Company Cancellation

If ACBazaar cancels an order due to stock issues or unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Product has missing parts/accessories

  • Product is unused (only checked/tested)

  • Returned with original packaging, box & accessories

  • Report issue within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase required

  • Return shipping cost paid by customer (unless defective)

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted / clearance products

  • Free promotional items

(Unless defective)

4. Replacement Policy

We prefer replacement instead of return/refund.

Replacement available within 7 days if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product is damaged/defective

  • Accessories missing

👉 If replacement is not available → Full refund issued

5. Not Eligible for Return/Replacement

  • Request after 7 days

  • Missing box, packaging, or accessories

  • Product used or damaged after delivery

  • Serial number tampered

  • Installed consumable items

Step 3: Approval

  • Refund processed within 7–10 days

  • Or replacement provided
